1hr Reiki session

£40.00

Support your wellbeing on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - with an experience of Reiki at the Honeybee Sanctuary. Reiki is a system of natural energy healing, and can be practiced hands-on or entirely hands-off. You remain fully dressed, and are invited to find a restful position best suited to supporting your relaxation.

I aim to create a nurturing, calming, comfortable setting for you to receive Reiki. If you prefer, I can come to your house — I have a foldable massage table which I can set up anywhere you feel comfortable.

I am happy for you to be accompanied, if you wish. I never question this, rather, I am very happy that if you’ve chosen another person to be there you may feel more relaxed and therefore benefit more deeply and fully from Reiki.  Another person in the space is no hindrance to me, and if it makes you feel relaxed all the better for your healing.

The session is 1 hour in total, including time to settle in with a seasonal herbal tea. After a short preliminary chat to discuss the intention of the Reiki treatment, I’ll ask if you’d like to lie down on the therapy couch, breathe and relax. You can opt for an entirely hands-off treatment, which is just as effective from an energetic point of view.

Liz is a Reiki III (Shinpiden, Master Level) practitioner, and you can read more about Reiki here.

I am very happy to offer a discount, or discuss other ways to make Reiki therapy accessible for all, in particular to support young people or people on low / no income. The Honeybee Sanctuary is not-for-profit, and I offer my therapies and educational experiences on this basis. Please just click this link which will start an email to me and we can discuss how I can best support you.
