1hr Reiki session

£45.00

Support your holistic wellbeing - tending to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies - with Reiki at the Honeybee Sanctuary.

Reiki is a system of mindful connection with natural life energy.  It helps you access a state of relaxation, of ‘rest & connect’ where your body can

  • reinstate vitality,

  • restore balance, and

  • recharge holistic wellbeing.

My aim is to offer a grounded and nurturing setting where you feel safe and seen.  A moment gently held for you to receive exactly what you need in the flow of life energy, with compassion and kindness.

I warmly welcome you to let Reiki support a process of deep relaxation and connection with your energy flow and essence. I am a Reiki Master (Shinpiden) level III Practitioner. I love sharing Reiki to support holistic and deep-rooted health and vitality.

You remain fully dressed, so come in comfortable clothing. You will be invited to find a restful position, one best suited to supporting your relaxation. I’ll ask if you’d like to lie down or sit for the session. You can opt for an entirely hands-off treatment, which is just as effective from an energetic point of view. It is best not to come for a Reiki session after a heavy meal, after drinking alcohol, or after strongly caffeinated drinks.

The session is 1 hour in total, including time to settle in with a seasonal herbal tea and discuss your intention for the appointment.

I practice energy-led, intuitive Usui Reiki Ryoho, also known as the Usui System of Natural Healing. My practice is to use gentle touch or hold hands over / near the body to channel universal life energy to promote healing and well-being. I am fully insured, and you can read more about Reiki here.
