Reiki & Remedies

Mindful energy practices with plant remedy making…

A bit of doing;

A bit of being.

Making natural remedies with our hands while connecting with their goodness;
Being in simple, mindful Reiki-guided stillness and self-connection.

‘Reiki & Remedy’ sessions weave together a Reiki-inspired visualisation, a grounding breathwork practice, and a herbal remedy to support the theme of the session. This could include:

  • Grounding; and coming back to a sense of being yourself.

  • Centring; with a focus on your heart and boundaries.

  • Expanding; fill your cup; protect and raise your personal energy.

  • Mindfulness; bringing a sense of attention to the present moment.

The space will be held in a flow of Reiki energy, tangible and nurturing. Just taking time to mindfully be, with life energy and nature’s remedies, can bring healing, relaxation and calm.

I can bring a beautiful basketful of herbal goodness to you!

I’ll come to you, or you can come here.

Wherever your group, community or team would feel comfortable or relaxed.

On Friday evening we spent a lovely hour together, grounding with Reiki breathwork, and then creating our own oxymel using honey from Liz’s bees and locally grown herbs including rose, hawthorn and yarrow.

It was perfectly fitting for our evening together, as we explored and learned about the herbs while relaxing through breathwork and visualisation.

It really was such a lovely hour together in a small supportive community, thank you @the_honeybee_sanctuary.

Liz is an authentic Reiki teacher who shared so much essential information about Reiki and spirituality on a deep level. Her passion for Reiki feels so natural and truly encourages you to practice. I highly recommend Liz if you’re looking for a spiritual experience with a grounded approach.

I just love getting together for these wintery evenings - I’m so enjoying our Reiki evenings. It feels like part of a timeless way, honouring what has gone before and the shared experience of women coming together. You can feel it stretching back through time.
