Reiki & Remedies: Share Sessions
Reiki Shares are a time to practice together, to grow in our confidence, connection and techniques. To ask questions, share experiences, and support each other in our self-healing journeys.
I weave into these Share Sessions conversations, remedy-making and relationship building with plants. They are good teachers in natural healing and offer insights into true holistic wellbeing.
In each session we’ll practice Reiki techniques and explore one or two herbs of the season which are supportive to mind-body wellbeing. They will be selected for their holistic support, rather than to address specific symptoms or conditions.
These Reiki & Remedies Share Sessions will held here at The Honeybee Sanctuary, and for 2025 the dates will be:
Thursday 23rd October, 7-8:30pm
Thursday 20th November, 7-8:30pm
Thursday 18th December, 7-8:30pm
These Share Sessions are open to anyone who has had Reiki training in the past (any level, and with any teacher). The main purpose of the gathering is to give and receive Reiki in a relaxed and supported atmosphere of like-minded people with positive energy.
You also don’t need any experience or knowledge of herbalism or remedy-making. The processes, techniques and purposes of the plants I choose to work with on the evening will be fully guided and explained.
To give you a flavour of what the sessions might include:
Grounding / connection / empowerment (creating an energetic space);
Meditation / technique;
Discussions and questions;
Share in a seasonal herbal tea/blend, and open discussion around a herb for the month;
Meditative / mindful making with herbs;
Sharing and receiving Reiki with each other.
The gathering is run by me, Liz Thomas, Usui Reiki Ryoho Master (Shinpiden) at The Honeybee Sanctuary.
Please note, your booking is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your booking to another available date.
