Herbal Winter Wonder

£30.00

Would you like to join me for a December cosy-in, here at the Honeybee Sanctuary?
Time for peaceful and creative time out, to connect with the season’s ‘plants with purpose’:

Sunday 14th December, 9:30 - 11:30am, or
Tuesday 16th December, 7 - 9pm

Together we'll explore seasonal herbs which can be found in the herb garden or in the local landscape, which can be used to support mind-body health, peace and reflection at this time of year.

  • I will introduce you to two herbal tea blends, one for nuturing and the other a tonic restorative;

  • We'll make a deeply nourishing infused facial oil blend, to restore tired, dry skin these winter months;

  • Craft a herbal beeswax candle to bring a little light into these darker months.

  • With our hands busy, we’ll share the herbs we’re enjoying working with, what’s to be found on your next nature walk, and ideas for home herbalism projects to try at home.

  • Everybody receives a copy of A Year in Herbs journal, which we can annotate together during our conversations - with everybody welcome to share their ideas and variations - or you can take your copy to give forward to someone who’d enjoy it.

I love to offer seasonal herbalism workshops as a way to encourage and inspire connection with ourselves, with each other, and with nature.

These herbal-inspired gather-ins are a chance to take a moment of rest and connect: come with friends, or meet other likeminded people who enjoy getting creative with natural remedy making for health and wellbeing. You don't need to have any past experience of herbs, knowledge of plants, or green fingers!
