Spring Herb Walk

£20.00

Come and celebrate the re-emergence of Spring’s wild medicinal plants!

Join me for a plant walk at Yellowcraig to explore and connect with the plant medicine of Spring; the same walk is offered on two days / times:

SUNDAY 30th MARCH, 10-11:30AM

THURSDAY 3rd APRIL, 7:00 - 8:30PM

Maybe you use herbs already in your home herbalism practice, and would like to join me to see what I’m making these Spring months. Maybe you’ve never contemplated these plants’ health and wellbeing potential! Join me to discover more of their properties and medicine ‘in the field’ together.

This will be a walk & workshop ‘in the field’ (Yellowcraig) where we’ll make and taste herbal remedies using the season's healing plants. You’ll take home with a set of notes & recipes and a new herbal remedy or two.

You can expect a warm welcome, this is an open event and I find the people who come join me are nature-loving friendly souls who love a good herbal chat! Bring your questions, we have the plants and nature as our teacher.

Accessibility: Please note, we will be walking a short sections of the John Muir Way, which is not wheelchair accessible. Our route will include short detours into woodland areas (on paths) and into the dunes. We will walk at a very gentle pace, stopping often, and the total route of each walk is approximately 2km. If you would like more information about the route or facilities at Yellowcraig please do email me: liz@thehoneybeesanctuary.org
