Reiki at Fern Bothy
I am available once a month as a guest spot for Reiki sessions at the beautiful, peaceful and restorative Fern Bothy, set in the heart of Longniddry Steading, East Lothian.
I warmly welcome you to let Reiki support a process of deep relaxation and rest for self-healing. I am a Reiki master (Shinpiden) level III practitioner, and herbalist. I love the balancing, relaxing modality of Reiki to support holistic and deep-rooted health and vitality.
Reiki is a system and philosophy of natural energy healing.
It can be practiced hands-on or entirely hands-off, both are just as effective from an energetic point of view. You remain fully dressed, and are invited to find a restful position best suited to supporting your relaxation. I aim to create a calming, comfortable setting for you to receive Reiki - life energy for self-healing.
The session is 1 hour in total, including time to settle in with a seasonal herbal tea and discuss your intention for the session.
I practice an energy-led, intiuitive form of Usui Reiki Ryoho, also known as the Usui System of Natural Healing. My practice is to use gentle touch or hold hands over / near the body to channel universal life energy to promote healing and well-being. Once you have booked an appointment, it means that Liz has reserved time in her schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged the full amount of the session. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment via email at liz@thehoneybeesanctuary.org
I retain the right to refuse or postpone the Reiki treatment,
If the practitioner is not able to treat for any reason,
If the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances,
If the client behaves in any way which may lead the practitioner to feel physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused,
In the case of late attendance of the client.
