Herbs, Honey & Hygge : An introduction to making herbal remedies for winter wellness.
These workshops are suitable for anyone who's new to herbalism, or would like to expand their confidence and herbal remedy making skills.

Join me by the fire and around the home apothecary kitchen table to learn about and make herbal remedies to support healthy minds and bodies as we step towards the winter months.

This is a mini-series block of 3x Wednesday evenings in November.

A bit of time out to learn about plants which can support your health and wellbeing this winter season. I focus on herbs you can grow or forage locally, and use ingredients you can find in the local shops. Herbal medicine is the people's medicine, and the techniques I use and teach are accessible to all.

  • Wednesday 13th November: Fire Cider (a local herbs edit!). Immune system focus. Warming herbs & spices. Plan a winter protocol.

  • Wednesday 20th November: All-Natural Chest Rub Balm, made with our beeswax. Respiratory system focus.

  • Wednesday 27th November: Aromatics Tincture. Holistic mental health focus. Aromatics wreath making.

We’ll take time out to be cosy and calm, connecting with plants and techniques which can support us. Each week there will be a collection of reference notes and herbal remedies to take home, and a packet of seeds relevant to each week to plan for your own herb garden (or set free!) in 2025.

All are welcome, whether you're coming on your own or with a friend; I think you'll find this a friendly and inclusive space.
