Herbal Winter Wonder, at The Scottish Seabird Centre

£25.00

Would you like to join me for a cosy herbalism workshop at the Scottish Seabird Centre?
Inspired by last year’s successful workshops in partnership with the SSC, I’ll host two Seasonal Herbalism sessions in their Booking Office exhibition space which will be transformed once again for the winter months.

Take some peaceful and creative time-out in this pop-up exhibition space to enjoy the bespoke installation by Eilidh Muldoon. I’ll be adding to the programme of creative and reflective offerings; the same workshop is offered on two dates:

  • Wednesday 11th December, 7 - 8:30pm;

  • Sunday 19th January, 10:30am - 12:00 noon.

Together we'll explore locally growing seasonal herbs which can be used to support peace and reflection at this time of year.

  • I will introduce you to a wild & native herbal tea blend which supports the central nervous system,

  • We'll make a warming herb-infused massage oil to support circulation to the peripheries - fingers & toes!

  • Craft a herbal beeswax candle to bring a little light into these darker months.

I love to offer these seasonal herbalism workshops as a way to encourage and inspire connection with nature, getting outdoors to enjoy the wonders of our beautiful coastal landscape.

You don't need to have any past experience of herbs, knowledge of plants, or green fingers! This is an opportunity to enjoy getting familiar with a few coastal herbs which in turn will inspire you to keep exploring.

The workshop is about inspiring connection with nature through plants with purpose.

The ticket price includes a 25% contribution towards the Scottish Seabird Centre’s environmental and conversation work, and you can read more about this here.
